At HobiEgo Kpop Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as your favorite idol's comeback. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that limited edition concert merchandise and mystery boxes are final sale.

  Submit Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include the RMA slip inside the parcel, then ship it back to us using a tracked shipping method of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
